1. Waterproof

Three defenses for circuit board, hierarchical design, even if a small amount of water enters, it will not damage the device.

2. Safety Wire Connecting

Terminals are treated with an injection molding process; wiring short circuits and cross-connections will not occur, ensuring greater safety for customers' operations.

3. Automatically Alarming of Battery Reverse Connection

The battery input terminal will not be damaged by continuous reverse connection, and it is equipped with a buzzer alarm. This avoids equipment damage and fires caused by wiring errors, and better protects the battery.

4. Automatically Alarming of Photovoltaic Panels Reverse Connection

Photovoltaic panels will not be damaged by continuous reverse connection, and it is equipped with a buzzer alarm. It prevents wiring errors, especially during night work. (Note: Reverse connection detection at night requires manual key intervention)

5. Continuous Short-Circuit Output Protection

The discharge output terminal has continuous short-circuit protection and over-current protection. Protection is reset after the abnormal condition is eliminated. This avoids damage to the controller or fires caused by electrical equipment faults (especially short circuits).

6. Patented Wind Turbines Steady Speed Generation Control Technology

Patented wind turbines steady speed generation control method prevents the wind turbines from overspeed operation. Even in strong winds, the wind turbines can maintain power generation at a limited set speed, avoiding direct shutdown due to overspeed caused by strong winds. It greatly improves the power generation capacity of the wind turbines and ensures their safe operation.

7. Patented Wind Turbines Stall Current Limit Control Technology

Patented wind turbines stall current limit control method prevents the wind turbines from overcurrent operation, avoiding damage to expensive generators caused by overheating due to overcurrent.

8. Wind Turbines Input MPPT Generation Technology (Boost)

The controller can automatically provide a wind turbine input maximum power tracking (MPPT) mode, or a 5-segment matching curve input configuration mode (input speed to input current; or output voltage to input current curve). This enables efficient power generation of the wind turbines even at low speeds.

9. Support Multiple Output Mode Selection

This controller provides optional multiple output modes (light control, time control, light-control + time-control, manual control), meeting different application scenarios and user needs.

The contents of this manual will be periodically updated or revised if necessary. However discrepancies cannot be excluded. Please refer to the actual product(s).

General Safety Information

Ø Before receive the product, check it carefully. Make sure whether the product is damaged during transport. If it is damaged, contact the shipping company or our company immediately.

Ø All installation and electrical work must only be performed by professional personnel. 

Ø Without any professional guidance, do not disassemble or attempt to repair the controller.

Ø Do not use the controller without batteries.

Ø Do not cut off the connection of controller and batteries when controller is working normally.

Ø Keep children away from controller.

Ø Do not allow water to enter the controller.

Ø Confirm that power connections are tightened to avoid excessive heating from a loose connection. Make sure cables are suitable for system.

Warranty

Ø The product is warranted for one year from the date of shipment to the original end user.

Ø  During warranty period, if failure occurs when the product normal using, our company will repair or replace the failure product.

Ø Out of warranty period, we supply repair service, but for charges.

Ø This warranty is only provided to buyers who have bought the product and signed the CI with us, and the warranty is nontransferable.

Ø Our company reserves the right to change products and without notice when products update.

This warranty does not apply under the following conditions:

§ Damage by not operating in accordance with user manual.

§ Damage by accident, negligence, abuse or improper use.

§ Unauthorized product modification or attempted repair.

§ Damage occurring during shipment.
